Sterling Argyris, a sidhe Knight of the Tongue in service to the Knights of the Silver Dragon, is in danger.
Appearing in dreams, his plight plagues the minds of his would-be rescuers, calling them to the small town of Fisherville where things are not as they seem.
The Fisherville locals are a cold and unwelcoming bunch. Outsiders are uncommon and undesired. Yet someone must know why Sterling Argyris has called his rescuers here. If only they could be convinced to talk...
This adventure is inspired by The Shadow Over Innsmouth, by H. P. Lovecraft, and shares similar themes.
A Knight in Shadow was written for use with WHERE SHADOWS FALL, but can easily be adapted for use in any DCC-compatible game, or any Lovecraftian-themed game of modern fantasy horror.
This adventure module makes use of a wonderful selection of stock art purchased on DriveThruRPG.com from Matt Morrow, Bradley K. McDevitt, Dean Spencer, and Dave Allsop, as credited on the title page.
Included are 6 pre-generated characters to jumpstart play, as well as a brand-new patron, suitable for use in any DCC-compatible game.
WHERE SHADOWS FALL and A Knight in Shadow is designed to be compatible with Dungeon Crawl Classics (DCC) by Goodman Games and is created with approval under the Goodman Games 3pp Licensing agreement.
